I enjoy playing this game as much as I can
Nope
I’ll admit I liked playing this a lot at the beginning. Then it was just painful to just be able to get enough energy points to keep playing. You spend a lot of effort just to be able to play a few minutes. So I went and stupidly purchased a few in-app packages. (1) prices are not as they appear. I’m a Canadian and expect to pay USD for in-app purchases. I got charged over twice what they advertise in-game. (2) before I knew what was happening, I bought two monthly passes which are supposed to give you a dump of diamonds AND daily rewards. I watched my diamond count carefully before and after my purchases, and there was no increase in diamonds. (3) support has been most unhelpful, first asking for a screenshot (uhm how is that going to prove anything), then simply confirming that yeah, I got my diamonds which I KNOW I didn’t. How can they prove I’m wrong? Easy code to manipulate if you ask me. And (4) whoever is responding on the support chat does not seem interested in helping at all, with lengthy delays between messages.
So while the developer responses below seem to be interested in getting feedback, I’m not feeling heard about actual problems when I’ve paid a crapload to a game that’s engineered to make it difficult for gamers to play.
