Some Issues with OSX 10.8 But Great Support
I was having some issues with version 3.4.2 in Mountain Lion. it was just not working very well, and would quit on me unexpectedly. So why am I giving this app a five star rating?
It's simple.. I emailed support and let them know about the issues. I had a reply withing several minutes.. and was given an updated version, which has been working perfectly for me.
I realize that Apple must have requirements to approve updates that make it to the app store, and do not want to take issue with that, but rather say thank you to Brad Wright for taking care of this customer so promptly. The software does exactly what it says it does, and it has a responsive support system. That is called integrity in the software industry, and is the criteria by which I have reviewed it.
