Days left in billing cycle missing
As with most app updates, new features and improvements are made. One of the most useful features of the previous version was the number of days left in the billing cycle. Not sure why this was deleted from the new version. Yes, I can look at the calendar and calculate the days left but it was easy to see in the last version of this app. Please include days left in the billing cycle in the next update.
No account button???
I have been trying to set up automatic payments for my phone bill through the app. I’ve went to the help page online it says to click the account button to get to payment details in the app. There is no link labelled “account” I can click on to get to the payment details section. This app has the information about my plan, but no way of actually paying for it.
I prefer not to make phone calls for this kind of thing and the website says I shouldn’t have to. I don’t understand how the website can clearly layout directions on how to access certain information and then the app just doesn’t have the links I need to be able to click on according to the website.
My plan is still new, less then a month I’ve had it switched, but that shouldn’t effect my ability to set up pre-authorized payments.

Terrible app. Download the IPhone app and open it only to come to a white screen. Deleted and tried again with the same results. This app sucks!
