EasyCode 2.0 is a mobile app for Self-Storage facilities to provide mobile gate access and security monitoring features for renters.

The new and improved EasyCode takes away the hassle of remembering passwords by enabling a simple touch interface to open gates and doors at the storage facility. Plus, users can view their access history, get notifications when their unit alarm is triggered, and view access activity at their unit. Enjoy the convenience with EasyCode 2.0.

Note: To be able to enroll in EasyCode, your device must be able to accept incoming text messages from "Shortcode" numbers. Some providers, most notably prepaid services, do not allow messages from these numbers. Please check with your provider if you have any questions on your device's capabilities.

Good potential

Needs a customer support system as even when onsite the “open falcon xt” icon does not appear. Love the concept, needs work on application.

Poorly written app

Just shows that some companies have no idea how to code. My business would be bankrupt if I had developers like this. No update feature. Try and reset password and locks up

Awful. Don’t bother. Just memorize your code.

This was very handy when it worked. Then it stopped working. Now there seems to be no way to get it to work again.
I asked at my storage place and they said that I have to contact the app in order to get help but there seems to be no way to do that either.
The process of erasing the app, then trying to sign back in and not being recognized. Then trying toreset the password only to have that not work repeatedly is making me crazy.
Why would any company use this third party app to run the systems at their facilities?
