Some info on common portions is included for each group, and you can also track your fluid intake and the amount of time you exercise every day.

Every day starts with a fresh checklist and a nice background image to inspire you. Scroll up to reveal the buttons for each tracked item - the custom background blurs out of focus. Your totals form a bar graph so it's easy to see how well you're doing.

Unable to customize

This app is worth nothing since it’s impossible to customize, total scam! I want to be reimbursed!

Unable to customize as promised

I purchased this app based on a description that said you could change your target servings for a customized plan. All you can change is the colour used for the category and the screen image! This cannot be done - I am following a diet much higher in fruits and vegetables than the default and I am unable to change my targets. I also find the entry of items a little cumbersome.

Good idea, but...

Need a weight log.
When you eat more portions that you planed, you should lose points, not add... For the fruits/veggies, you should be able to eat more without losing points.
