Terrific Antique Book App!
This app helps you access more modern books, too—such as the Playboy instruction manual, lol. But it is so difficult to locate antique books on household management, often with “receipts”; household decoration and daily household recreations, with instructions (knitting, sewing, embroidery, art study, painting, etc); how to actually design and build a home (not architecture) together as husband and wife—and such. And these tell us so much about our society back then and relate to our society now!
This app gives us easy access to several libraries, at the free level. There is more access at Premium, as usual. I find there is so much at the free level that it will probably keep me occupied for a bit.
I can copy many books I’m interested in to Apple. So much easier than fiddling around with ePub! I detest reading books off of the internet. This app makes accessing what I want so simple, tidy, and accessible.
I’d totally recommend that you try this app. I’ve tried quite a few, but non so far seemed to give me what I deemed important. A waste of my time and an enticement to boredom.
I was really pleased to find this one. Hopefully, if you try it, you will enjoy it as much!
