Unnecessarily difficult to use

It does ask me to reset my password every time but thankfully I have FaceID and tried it before going to the trouble of creating a new ID/Password and it opened.

Now I have to flip through a lot of info choices that make sense to Pharmasave but not me as a user, try to remember prescription numbers as I move from page to page and always fill out an order form that should either already be pre-filled from my profile or not even be necessary for me to see because the programming builds this form in the background as I login and begin to order meds.

When I login it should:
Recognize my ID/Password via my account
Connect to my profile in the background and know:
Who I am
Where I live
My telephone number
And be able to immediately:
Present me with the list of
On which I should be able to select the ones o want refilled by click on any one or all in that list
Submit my order go review
Get a order summary for review
And from that summary order be able to

If Pharmasave wants to also provide a HISTORY of out of date or UNAVAILABLE prescriptions that’s great but those options should be available from a separate drop down menu.

The UNAVAILABLE prescription list should like the available meds - allow me to select one or all on the list and submit a request to the pharmacy to contact my Physician ( in my profile) fo a new prescription. I should be able to
Submit my order for review
Get reorder summary

App will not show my Rx’s. Pharmacy states some people have this problem and nothing can be done

This app does not work for me. Three others in family and this app works for them. I have been to my local pharmacy a number of times inquiring about a fix. They are at a loss. I have removed from phone, wiped all data, got a new code, and re-loaded a number of times.

Much better - update fixed

If you downloaded this app a while ago and got frustrated, give it another try. The new version of the app fixed most of the complaints I had about the app, the UI is much easier, the refill system is all in one place, the app now updates you on refill progress (so you can know when they are ready), suggests which prescriptions you might need refills on to save you trips, allows vaccination booking right in the app, and has a built in drug compendium. Greatly improved, honestly, give it another try. I echo the frustrations people have below, but the update from a couple months ago fixed nearly all the issues.
