Description

ECExpress Mobile provides the core functionalities of ECExpress web version. TD SYNNEX's customers in USA, Canada can use the app to search products, check prices, availability,place order/quote and query order status

In order to use the app, a valid SYNNEX ECExpress account is required. Both ECExpress website and Mobile app shares same login credentials.

Terrible

I’m not the one to leave these sort of reviews, but honestly, it’s bad.

First: in dark mode it’s unusable. For YEARS now. Dark mode is not new. Yet, here we are. I figure it would get addressed in an update…but the only thing that has changed in the last year is the name. I mean, I guess it works…sort of. Just not in dark mode where you literally cannot see anything as it’s all white.

Second: you cannot copy anything. I need to copy a part number? Nope. Sales order number, etc? Nope. Such a critical functionality missing is perplexing.

Overall there’s very little benefit to using the app over the website where you can do everything you need without these app based limitations. I’m sure they will see few use the app and be like “look, nobody uses apps!” and it will languish until it gets killed because of that. In reality, it’s just terrible.

In dark mode, this app is a mess.

Overall the app works well. But in dark mode it’s simply unusable. A quick bug fix I’d be back to 5 stars.
