Login info not saved
When I click on “save user ID”, it never remembers my user ID the next time I log on. Ugh.
EJ App on iPhone SE
App installed and functions fine. Everything is accessible. No glitches with use so far, could be more aesthetically pleasing, but what do you expect from a boring financial institution?
Slow, difficult to navigate
Every action shows a spinner and takes way too long. Back buttons are missing on many pages so it’s hard to get around. The navigation is confusing - you never know if you’re in an account going between the different data items (activity, holdings, etc.) or if you’re in a data item going between the different accounts. And there should be a “whole portfolio” view showing the total holdings and balances of all accounts, including shared accounts. The app needs a rewrite.
