التطبيق لا يدعم بطاقات اعتماد مصدرها كندا
أنا مقيم في كندا وكنت استخدم بطاقة MasterCard كندية المصدر ومن بنك مشهور وكانت البطاقة تعمل جيدا وقمت بسداد عدة فواتير أردنية (مياهنا وضريبة مسقفات) ولم أواجه أي مشكل من استخدامها اطلاقا
منذ مدة ٤-٥ اشهر ، حاولت سداد فواتير جديدة وأيضا ل مياهنا ولكن تم رفض البطاقة ولم تنجح عملية السداد علما بأن البطاقة صالحة ولا يوجد أي تغيير بها
حاولت استخدام بطاقة VISA صالحة ومصدرها أيضا من بنك كندي معروف ولكن لم تتم عملية السداد بنجاح حيث كان السبب "Not supported”. حاولت استخدام بطاقة MasterCard أخرى وأيضا صالحة ولكن تم رفضها لنفس السبب المذكور أعلاه.
لا أعلم ماذا حدث للتطبيق وهل تم تحديثه مؤخرا وتسبب في خلق هذه المشكلة؟
نرجوا التحري بهذا الموضوع بأسرع وقت ممكن وعلاج هذا العطل. كنت قد أرسلت شكاوى عدة بهذا الخصوص عند طريق إرسال Ticket وكان الرد بأن تم إبلاغ الجهة المختصة ولم يتم علاج المشكلة إلى الآن.
نرغب بسداد الفواتير المترتبة علينا دون تأخير .
ملاحظة: لا يوجد لدينا حساب بنكي لدى أي من فروع المملكة حيث إقامتنا دائمة في كندا

ما بعرف ليش بنستخدم تطبيق عشان ندفع عن طريق البنك وبينخصم علينا عموله ع خدمة سيئة!
ليش اصلاً في تطبيق اسمه فواتيريكم، في كل العالم الدفع فيزا او ماستر كارد وبدون وسيط بيحصل عمولات. متنفذيين وبيستغلوا العالم!

اهلا فيك إي فواتيركم هي خدمة عرض وتحصيل الفواتير لأكثر من 1500 جهة و خدمة , بعض المفوترين يتحمل كامل العمولة , اذ يتم تحديد نسبة العمولة من الطرف المقدم للخدمة و نظامنا إلكتروني بالكامل تحت إشراف البنك المركزي الأردني
