Now – improved & better than ever!
To access your vehicle information, including the maintenance card, please make sure your fleet administrator clicks on “Mobile Access” from the driver profile screen of the customer website. You will receive an email with login information. Once the App is downloaded, you will have everything you need for your vehicle – whether you’re in the office or on the road.

Hello Enterprise,
Since the update this application is malfunctioning. The application is not at all smooth. With every use, I need to select the vehicle. Also, reduced the features. Overall, instead of giving the ease and peace of mind, it has increased the number of steps.
Screen issues on iPhone XR
The app seems to have an issue with the iPhone XR screen. The top of the app seems to expand into the clock and battery section of the phones screen which makes the controls that appear at the top unresponsive, you have to keep pressing and pressing to find the right spot.
The app itself works fine, but I have given it one star in hopes someone from the company sees this review and has it addressed. There doesn’t seem to be a support link within the app, seems odd.
