Manage Your Fleet. Control the Road. The EFS CarrierControl app provides the fleet manager the ability to generate a MoneyCode when using the EFS card isn't an option. With an EFS MoneyCode, a driver can receive emergency cash, pay for roadside services, repairs, lumper fees, or fuel purchases.
With EFS CarrierControl, you can:

Using thumb print does not work properly
App requires you to use thumbprint on IOS to open the app which then sends you a code. You still need to login with username and password which is what the thumbprint was supposed to prevent. After entering username and password you have to enter the new code they send to you (not the first one). Then use your thumbprint again to get into the app.
They need to fix the login process when setup to use phone security. When using phone security you should not need username/password and second factor authentication.
Worst App logs you out the second you close it
Looks like they using cheap labour because why it scan my face but still ask me to enter the password and then on top of that wait for the authentication code and then rescan my face to access it ? FIX IT.
