Unprofessional
Always call before the ride to ask me how I am going to pay, and where I am going if it doesn’t suit them they ask me to cancel as if I am the person who refused the ride. One time after he reached my location, he called and when he knows it is a 30 minutes ride he left and cancelled.

WORST TAXI APP EVER!
Booked a ride and the driver kept on going back and forth behind my building without picking me up for around 20 mins. When I called him to guide him how to reach me, he asked to cancel the ride and order it again. To realize that they already charged me for nothing and didn’t allow me to book any ride without paying the pending money which I didn’t use or benefit from other than wasting my time and energy.
I contacted the company and they refused to solve the issue and what the driver did was normal as I if the one who doesnt want to work. I asked for a manager to call me but they refused and kept on sending me automated emails.
Driver doesnt know how to move and management knows nothing about customer service.
