The app is great, however, if your a blind person there are things that are not accessable with it. The questions have pictures for matching plus the ice breakers are pictures and the buttons at the bottom are not labled so if you don't know what they are it's hard. You eed to label the tabs on the bottom, messages, profile, settings etc. The ice breakers need to have questions you can ask and the registration questions need to get rid of the pictures and have questions to ask instead. another thing is people with free accounts not being able to see messages. If people want free they should be able to see maybe 3 messages a day or something.

This app is useless outside the US it does not have enough users and they tell you if you pay for premium you will be able to narrow down your location and get additional matches, but are deceptive. You will only be able to do that if they happen to have lots of people in your location! Once you have fallen for the scam and paid the fee, you discover that no there are no additional matches and they will not be honorable and refund you because the app cannot deliver. They will simply cite their policy. Oh! Well! How about decency!!

I signed up for a month and was unknowingly forced into a 12 month scam of a subscription for which there is no mechanism to get out of. Eharmony’s customer service is non existent and do everything in their power to prevent you from getting out of their predatory agreements. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Eharmony is not useful without a membership. You are not able to see any photos or restrict your search to any meaningful criteria. The lowest commitment level is for 6 months, so I enrolled to test it out. I was shown about 15 matches. Many of my matches weren’t active users and I was unable to narrow down my selections by certain criteria. I am a female in Toronto, Canada and I did not have this problem with other sites I tried.The app will not do refunds, so it’s money wasted.

This app provided me with one singular match and when I requested to cancel they stone walled me and said i signed into a year long binding contract subscription. There’s much better apps out there that will actually allow you to cancel if not satisfied. Would give -10/100

You are not able to try the app without signing up for one year. I thought I was getting a one month membership and tried to cancel within a few hours of signing up when I found that the app was not different than others I had tried and had not too many people in my immediate area. When I contacted eHarmony to ask for cancellation, I found out that I will be forced to pay for this app for one year. Even after speaking with a specialist there was no way to cancel the contract. Look up lawsuits against eharmony and stay away from this company.

Signed up for a month in 2022, somehow forced to pay for the whole year and was charged twice, cancelled membership, now they are charging me again, for double the amount of last year.What is this

If only I could give zero stars. The catch on this app is you can’t view people’s photos without subscribing and their subscription contracts are difficult if not impossible to get out of. They make you purchase a whole year! What a scam. Showing me profiles of people that live over 200 miles away… are you kidding me?? They’re out to make money, not matches. Shame on you E Harmony.

This is the word that best describes this app. You take the free trial and get a bunch of likes. None of which you can see, as the pictures are blurred. This after you’ve specified your selection criteria. You are able to view and send likes to an attractive variety of choices. None of which respond. Once you take the chance based upon all this. It becomes an obvious fraud. So now you’re out a bunch of money you can’t really afford. For a selection of partners that have disappeared once you’ve spent your hard earned money on the hopes of finding love. This site is a scam and should be made to pay back everyone who is dissatisfied with the service.

Do not use this website/app. They will not let you out of your membership. I used the website for at most 4 hours and decided that membership isn’t worth it. The site and profiles were terrible. When I asked to cancel I was informed I had at pay the full amount still. I don’t want the subscription and service I should be able to cancel it. Please do not give this company your money. I would give this app/website 0 stars if possible. WHAT A SCAM!
