Collaboration in isolation
There are several tools that you can use to facilitate remote musical collaboration. Landr sessions, JamKazam, etc. But so far, Endlesss has been the most productive. By sidestepping the need for ultra low latency by allowing work to progress asynchronously, so far for me this app has the edge.
It’s not without foibles, and frankly I think you need to desktop version to get the most out of it, but as it is the best available solution that I have used so far, I think it deserves 5 stars!
Addictive as Heck
Honestly the best music app I’ve ever used on a touch device.
I’m not a musician, but this app lets me express myself musically. Plus all my sloppy playing is harmonized and quantized so I sound like a pro.
You get a lot for free here, sounds and features, or you can pay to subscribe for new sounds and fx (I caved after one week, YMMV).
To the devs: I do wish I could name, tag, colour, or otherwise customize the appearance of a given riff icon, even lightly. Sometimes multiple riffs look very similar despite having very different melodies or other key characteristics.
