Audio on videos
Would be better if we can add audio to the videos so buyers can hear sounds of toys
Etsy supports only Buyers, not Sellers
Etsy is a great marketplace; verity of products and a user friendly platform overall. The issue as a seller is that we do not get support from Etsy. Yes, their customer service does answer queries in a timely manner but always settles by the buyers side. We experienced extortion, harassment and rude clients; all of which were reported immediately but we only received generic emails from Etsy as response. We are now looking to expand our business elsewhere.

New app sucks
The old app was so much better in so many ways, this app is confusing and hard to use, please just bring back the old app.
