Etsy supports only Buyers, not Sellers

Etsy is a great marketplace; verity of products and a user friendly platform overall. The issue as a seller is that we do not get support from Etsy. Yes, their customer service does answer queries in a timely manner but always settles by the buyers side. We experienced extortion, harassment and rude clients; all of which were reported immediately but we only received generic emails from Etsy as response. We are now looking to expand our business elsewhere.

Purchase Postage Labels

Hi! I just downloaded this new app, after using the other Etsy Sellers app for the past couple of years. I’d really love to be able to see a “purchase postage” option in the app when I’m reviewing an order. It would make the turn around for getting orders out the door easier! I look forward to experiencing the app and seeing if it works better than it’s predecessor- and will update my rating accordingly!

The old app was so much better in so many ways, this app is confusing and hard to use, please just bring back the old app.
