Would be pretty good if it was at all reliable
This app does what it needs to well enough except that the devs can’t figure out how to keep users logged in. As a result, notifications about packages and important announcements are extremely unreliable. I’ve used this app since 2018, four years now. Notifications will sometimes work for a few months, but they always stop and there’s never any notice. It’s worse than if it simply didn’t have push notifications at all, since then I’d just set reminders to check for packages and announcements every couple days. When it keeps me logged in, it’s perfectly fine. It’s particularly bad at the moment - it forces me to log in every single time I open the app, so of course all push notifications are broken. I was finally able to type in my credentials and then quickly tap “remember password” to save it to my keychain, so that reduces the hassle, at least. You have to tap super fast on an iPhone because the way the Frontsteps app loads, the option to save the login info disappears in a split second after tapping “log in.”
Terrible at notifying
Set up auto payments, gave my email and phone number but this app does not notify you if you are short. Got fined by my HOA thinking that this application ensures I’m on top of it.
