Exoticca: Travellers’ App 4+

The trip has certain highlights and unfortunately some of the scheduling severely takes away from the overall experience.
Exoticca states that breakfast is included daily but on two days they start so early that you don’t get an actual breakfast.
Machu Pichu is awesome but again the scheduling detracts from the experience. We had to wait over 4 hours for the return train and by the time we got back no restaurants were open.
4 of the 5 hotels had no climate/ heat control systems.
The return connection flight in Atlanta was way too tight as we had to run to make the flight.
Exoticca needs to communicate better with their customers.

We just came back from our trip to Turkey. We had two layovers one in island and one in Munich then Istanbul. Our baggage were lost somewhere which made our trip hard to enjoy. The airlines are not helpful and each one blames the other for the loss of our four baggages. Since there were activities to do from 7am and wouldn’t reach the hotel until at least 7pm it was hard to by any decent clothes. We end up buying from markets specific for tourists that have expensive things and bad quality. We had to buy clothes for four people everyday. We are back home now still no luggage and hard to contact these airlines ( Turkish airlines and Iceland air ). The guide and the hotels were very nice but there were more optional tours that you have to pay for than included. And if you don’t choose optional you’re on your own going back to the hotel and using taxis which got expensive. Hope people learn from our experience and be careful with multiple flights and luggage. Also what’s included and what’s optional
