Helps with anxiety
With anxiety through pregnancy. I listened to a guided meditation every night. It helped me sleep and stay calm.

Helpful in reducing my anxiety
I have been experiencing some anxiety and sadness during my pregnancy. Mental health if important and I needed something to help me regulate my emotions and ground me back to the present moment. This app has really helped me find grounding and take control back in my life. I love that the meditations are only about 5 minutes long because it allows me to really commit to doing a meditation everyday.
No transparency. Very misleading.
No free content whatsoever but it doesn’t tell you that you have to pay to use it until after you have already made an account. Brutal.
