Description

Expert Grill is a companion app for using applicable grill devices. You can use our app to search and connect grill devices with your phone via Bluetooth. You can control the target temp setting and adjust the temp alarm. Furthermore, you can use the app to control the function mode of your grill, and change the temp units on the devices' display.

Won’t stay connected

I wish this app would run in the background. Every time my iPhone 12 Pro Max turns of or if I switch apps I have to reconnect to the grill again.
“PLEASE FIX THIS.”

App Stopped Working

I’ve had this grill for about 6 months with no complaints until now…. App will not connect to the grill so everything has to be done manually and you can no longer monitor the temp from in the house. Not happy.

Won’t maintain connection.

Please correct the connection failure for this app. It looses connection if you navigate away from the app. It does not maintain connection in the background. This means the app has to rediscover the unit ever single time you open the app or come back to it from any other screen on the device. It defeats the remote monitoring point of a smoker/grill if it doesn’t maintain connection.
