• Tap ‘Already a customer’ and enter your credit or debit card number or customer number
• Tap and scan your Emirates ID
• Do the face scan as prompted – to ensure that only you have access to your account

Ratings and Reviews
Not convenient
The app is not helpful for closing of the account and when you go to branch to close they will say you can close it online in the app but it keeps on denying the request and you end up getting charge unnecessary 🤷♀️

Does not recognise the scan on my chip
Trying to open an account with this app is so bad, the part where you have to scan your chip does not work, spent over an hour trying it different ways. This just does not work and either the chip being so close the camera it is a blurred image.
The new update is not working
After the recent enhancements, the app is not working with IPhone 13. I called many times FAB customer service, complaints and IT so someone to help but unfortunately for the last two months, no one bothered to help or to show any interest to support.
