Ratings and Reviews
Decent but inaccurate at times
Decent app great for developing backstory’s for characters and real people but some people have adoptive parents or have two sets so being able to add a step-parent or adoptive parent would be nice!
Needs work
I would give this app 5 stars if I could print the chart. The image is not in a format a printer recognizes. As well there doesn't appear to be anyway of getting the chart centred on a eight and a half by 11 sheet of paper. I thought if I bought the app these items would appear. After I paid the app had the same behavours. It says it works on a mac with an M chip, which I have. I did install it on my ipad but there the same problems. I wanted to print my chart to determine if I had entered everything OK because it's impossible to see the whole chart on any device screen. So, if you want to do any of these things you should save your money.
Needs Improvement
I would have given this app a 5 star review if:
1) I could make a decent print of the tree. There is no ability to move the whole tree so it properly fits on a standard sheet of paper. There is no option to print on a legal size sheet.
Plus, it is difficult to even print the tree. I had to email it to myself to get the print command.
2) I would like to be able to see the whole tree as I’m adding people. It felt like I was working in the dark for adding people and adding a head shot. It would be helpful if there was a command to move the headshot around so the person’s head gets into the circle.
This app would be really good if it had these improvements. Right now it’s not worth paying $9.99 to be able to add unlimited numbers of people.
