Snap photos of any family moment, such as recitals, dates, graduations, reunions, and memorials, and add them to your family tree.
Add Photos, documents, Recording, and Stories.
Interview family members and record the details of their lives and favorite memories.
Identify relatives in photos, stories, and recordings. Those memories are automatically attach to the Family Tree.
Store family memories free forever, within the FamilySearch vaults.

Great App for travelling
No matter where I go I am always on the lookout for cool stuff to add to my family tree such as new (usually old!) photos and stories and documents. With the Memories app I can document anything new I find and put it directly onto FamilySearch. Very handy if you meet someone with treasured stuff they don’t want to part with, but are happy to share by letting you take a picture of it.
Family Memories
I just love using this! A great place to put my family memories that I never want to lose. I’ve also connected with family I never knew I had and seen memories I had never seen before. I want my posterity to know who the people are in the family photos and not be left with boxes of photos that have no names or stories and therefore no meaning to them.
Mobile app for memories
We are having a class on the uses of the app by our FHC director right now. It is a wonderful app!
