Absolutely piece of shot
4 versions with in a week and couldn’t even fix problems. I’m gonna actually take some time and list all the problems with this app. It’s a first for me. I’m assuming that if they could train some monkeys to do the development of this app, it would see significant improvement over the current version. 1. Version 5.x removed support for Waze as an option for navigation, I’ve been typing addresses manually. 2. Every time a new order comes in, the app plays a stupid chime as media, and my song would stop, requiring manually press play, which is dangerous while driving. This has been a issue since my day 1 using this app ( about a year ago) 3. Sometimes app opens with a empty white screen, requiring to manually kill the app in background and reopening. Also new in 5.x 4. Even though I’ve selected English as language, the notifications are still Chinese. 5. When typing in tip amount for customers paying cash, the text field requires continuous trying to bring up keyboard. Issue since older versions. 6. Upload image for receipts would fail regularly. And you would never know of it uploaded or not. Id like to name it “Schrodinger‘s picture” 7. Mask verification is a joke. Just take a picture of anything and it will let you pass, no image recognition is involved at all. 8. Sometimes when a new order comes in, it doesn’t notify you. It may not even show up on the app of you don’t click the refresh button. Wow I’ve never written a review this long. Phucing amazing.
