Image Capture: users can take a picture using the "Take Picture" button or select an image from the gallery using the "Select from Gallery" button. The selected images are displayed below the buttons.

Send Report: after adding all the necessary information and photos, users can click "Send" button to report the problem.

Clear Media: users can clear all selected images by clicking "Clear Media" button.

Confirmation: after submitting a report, users receive a confirmation message indicating whether the report was submitted successfully.
