very slow

the fax system is very slow. i dont even know the fax is received or not

Was charged for a full subscription

Was charged for a weekly subscription even though I signed up only for one trial week. Why the app automatically assumed I want to stay subscribed? Caught this when I was checking my monthly statement. Wonder how many people get charged without knowing!?
