How to transfer videos and photos to phone or computer?

There is no button to transfer videos and photos to the phone or computer. Are we just expected to take a screenshot of the photos? Also the app crashes whenever I want to view the videos taken. I’ve reset the app and shut down the phone many times but it still keeps on crashing before the video can play.

No photos or video on iPhone

This app does not work on iPhone 6s will not take any photos or videos.! Works ok on iPad however it is inconvenient. The links to the App support do not connect and there is no way to address the problem. Very poor app.
