The app is free to download and allows opening and uploading total of 11 files, after which you can purchase the app for $1.99. The purchase gives you the app for ALL your devices that use the same iCloud user id. Its a one-time/lifetime purchase - there is NO Subscription.
DESKTOP APP
The app requires a free desktop app to be installed to perform the transfers. This app can be downloaded from the app's website.
NOTE:
1. Only videos supported by the Photos app can be added to it.
2. Save web pages as PDF saves the pages internally as images
3. App not tested with Asian language file names - Chinese, Korean,..
4. The in-app purchase is an interaction between You and Apple. The app has No access to your username,password,card details.

Slow transferring but does the job
Update: I'm downgrading my rating back to a 3 as I've noticed a number of files which appeared transferred but are incomplete. Either the content didn't transfer or partial 80%
Seems to take some time for larger files. Also you can save PDF's as iBooks but you can't save photos, only print which is useless if you don't have a printer attached and who prints photos anyways when you can bring them up on your digital device instead.
The free version only gives you 11 transfers then that's it
This app has a lot of potential but it lacks the ability to actually transfer files over onto you iPod device.
Also some of the help screens appeared blank.
Update... See below. I've up my rating from 3 to 4
I purchased the full version as the demo only gives your 11 transfers. Overall once you get around some of the technical hurdle it works pretty good.
1. When installing the software on your pc make sure you maximize the screen otherwise there are no buttons to select options. Ie file location, save password.
2. It is quicker to transfer the file using the diskette on the far right than to click on the file to open. Larger files take time to transfer so leave those for later. You'll be waiting forever if you click on the file name waiting for it to load and you won't be able to do anything else.
3. Videos in mp4 played very well. Ones I converted using air video looked grainy since it was converted for the itouch resolution.
4. PDF files opened well but you can make it any bigger then the screen but transferring to iBooks worked well
5. Photos transferred over, you can increase on the screen a bit but you can view as a sideshow... you have to go back and view another. Also you can't transfer to your photo library.
6. Mp3's transferee over well. Slowly so be sure to click on the diskette on the far right and not the file name. An agin no way to transfer the audio file into your iTunes library.
Not comparable
I have had this app for a while and when I save a file in my iPad it doesn’t show the same think on my cell phone, I can't even get in touch to the designer to ask question.
Save location of files????
OMG! I am going to ^&%$% loose it! Where the heck does this app save file to on the iPad? Tried to search google but it only returns one result when I search just for WiFi Files…
