Fintracker is a digital FINTRAC solution created to reduce wasted paper, time, and money for the real estate industry.
This app contains auto-renewable in-app purchases.
Subscriptions allow agents to complete and submit Fintracker forms for review by compliance officers and auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription, where applicable.

New features:
• Document identifier numbers will now be masked once an Individual Identification Record is reconciled. The original values will be retained in case of audit.
• It is now easier to complete Beneficial Ownership records in cases where no person owns more than 25% of the entity.
• For compliance officers: Low/Medium/High risk level is now shown for each Individual or Corporation Identification Record in the list view. The list can be filtered by risk level.
Fixes:
• Fixed an issue with commission calculator on DERP records when using a saved calculator without changing any values.
• Fixed several other bugs.

Photo ID
Very rarely am I able to scan the barcode of my client’s ID when I’m with them and my clients get frustrated not being able to scan their drivers Licenses remotely and often get error messages. The addresses rarely pop up in rural areas and have to be manually typed in and maneuvering from one client to another, or adding the deposit cheque is not easy. Often I get multiple id #s for one person when I edit a spelling error and my conveyancing staff gets confused on which one to use.
Great way to elevate your business!
This app is awesome. I’ve only been using this app a few weeks and already there has been a change in my productivity. This app allows you to send your clients a link to complete the fintrac form, if you didn’t have a chance to grab it in person. It’s great that we now have an easy way to verify and complete forms on the go, with a place to store everything! Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to increase their productivity.
