An AML check is run on submission of individual identification forms where a remote ID verification was used. For non-remotely identified individuals AML checks can be paid for by brokerages/boards. Compliance officers can review AML checks within records. AML checks include ongoing monitoring for 1 year with remote ID verifications and 5 years with brokerage/board billing. • Verifying your board grants access to board perks (if available from your board) such as free credits. Verify your board in Settings ▸ Profile. Not all boards allow verification."

New features: • Document identifier numbers will now be masked once an Individual Identification Record is reconciled. The original values will be retained in case of audit. • It is now easier to complete Beneficial Ownership records in cases where no person owns more than 25% of the entity. • For compliance officers: Low/Medium/High risk level is now shown for each Individual or Corporation Identification Record in the list view. The list can be filtered by risk level. Fixes: • Fixed an issue with commission calculator on DERP records when using a saved calculator without changing any values. • Fixed several other bugs.

For agents in BC: • Disclosure to Sellers of Expected Remuneration (Payment) form (DERP) is now available. • Enhancements have been made to the workflow when sending disclosure forms for signing or initialing. • It is now possible to include Privacy Notice and Consent (PNC) and/or Disclosure of Representation in Trading Services (DORT) in a transaction kit and set the transaction property address for other records, even after the PNC/DORT are signed.

Improved direction when entering bank draft and origin account information on Receipt of Funds record. Support for text entry of state/province for countries outside Canada and US. Support for separate Unit address field to aid in address search. Bug fixes.
