Description
With the FireQ app, firefighters have a complete all-in-one tool that serves them before, during and after an emergency. Firefighters can monitor department readiness, self-dispatch, and respond from the app. They can see who else is responding, what their qualifications are and when they will arrive. They can also get driving directions to the emergency; see mapped locations of assets and hazards; and access detailed preplans. Firefighters can send messages to everyone in the fire department, to specific groups, or to individual firefighters. From the scene, they can use the “Use my Location” feature to send specific location information from the scene of the emergency. They can set themselves off duty, check the service status of apparatus and see a recent incident history. The FireQ app is a powerful tool in the hands of firefighters that access and interpret real-time data.

Great app
Love the app. It definitely meets the needs for our department. I just wish it still had the on scene option like the old app did

Hi There,
The On Scene feature is still available. During an active incident you will notice an 'edit incident' button (provided you are given permission by your department.) After clicking edit incident you will see a 'Use My Location' button. This button serves the same purpose as the old On Scene button by updating the incident location with your current location, also giving everybody else in your department the updated location of the incident.

Continuous paging
Having a continuous paging, and override silent selection options for tones would be fantastic. Also is there a way to (on Apple) have the icon badge in the app showing there are unread messages? Lots of other good features though!
Great app !
This app is very beneficial and makes everything flow faster and safer for my department. I like that we can see who is responding to the scene and who is not. As a new fire fighter and business owner I’m impressed !! 👍.
