The Fit by Valen app includes:

* An in-app community that will keep you motivated and on-track
The Fit By Valen app has Apple's HealthKit integrated. The HealthKit will track your steps as well as your walking or running distance.
SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
The Fit By Valen app is $19.99 USD/month, $39.99 USD/quarter or $99.99 USD/year. Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period.
Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.

Falling in love with the gym all over again!
App runs great! No stupid glitches :) and the program is awesome! I’ve completed the first week so far and my muscles are sore and tired everywhere 😁 it feels good to following this program. It is designed and programmed to train hard and increase intensity of workouts. The community portion of the app is pretty weak. Questions go unanswered when trying to learn from fitness community. Loving this program and looking forward to the progress through my health & fitness journey! Just missing team atmosphere, comments and feedback. It’s also handy to have an overview of the week and months. Something to put on fridge as daily reminder of what’s up next.
