Basic is a version which provides workout and meal programs and you can upgrade your programs to Premium(subscription based), which makes your programs hyper-personalized and brings in the health-data analysis aspect to customize your experience even further.


FitMyLife is for those who have fitness goals but struggle to reach them. Maybe you’re a beginner with no fitness knowledge and no idea where to begin when it comes to diets and women’s workouts. Maybe you have a busy lifestyle so you need a quick home workout or the ability to work out anytime. Perhaps you often find yourself thinking, “I wish my health plan could include a workout for a person like me.” If you’re sick of trying fads that don’t work, FitMyLife will give you a plan that you can actually follow so you can be on your way to healthy living.


- Fitness Goals and Profile: Before signing up, pick one of three goals: Lose Weight, Build Muscle, or Tone & Maintain. Recommendations will vary based on your goal, body composition, and lifestyle. In your profile, you can make changes to your program and goal at any time.

- Dashboard: Your dashboard displays your daily goals and tracked progress. View your daily calorie and macro intake, scheduled workout of the day and the personalized recommendations based on your progress. The dashboard also includes a calendar view of all the data you've logged.

- Workouts: Your recommended workouts are tailored to you. Specify preferences like how many workouts you’d like to do each week and your preferred workout length. Or choose a workout from the app’s large database of workouts, crafted and curated by our fitness experts. Workouts range from cardio to strength exercises like leg workouts, abs workouts, and arm workouts to tone up muscle. You can also get your heart-rate up with fat-burning workouts.

- Nutrition: Get personalized meal recommendations each week. These recommendations change as you make progress. Track your daily calorie and macro intake. Filter recipes based on your diet restrictions and preferences, whether you’re on a vegetarian, gluten-free, or low carb diet. Access a database of recipes you can use to prepare dietician-approved meals. Whether you’re looking for weight loss meal plans or simply a way to eat healthy, you’ll find it in the database.

- Analytics: View historical reports of all data to get a full picture of your progress. See prediction reports and analyses of your progress, including a weight loss tracker. Keep an eye on your metabolism with info on your resting metabolic rate.

- Body Composition: Track body composition numbers like body weight, body fat percentage, and more.

- Health App Integration: FitMyLife syncs flawlessly with Apple Health to import your activity information automatically. You can use Apple Watch to track a workout and FitMyLife will account for it.

Actually gives you recipes without paying!!

Every single fit app I’ve downloaded will not show you the recipes without purchasing their monthly subscription. This app allows you to see and make recommended meals! 10/10 I genuinely will use this app daily

Really good

This app has meal logging like MyFitnessPal, workouts like Zova plus a bunch of analytics that really help you see what you should focus on. Best of all it offers a really good experience on the free tier. The app is pretty new but gets big updates pretty frequently, recommended
