The Fitness Trainer Workbook enables the Fitness Trainer Professional to track an UNLIMITED number of Clients through their fitness progress, weigh-ins and measurements. Trainers can setup and record exercise routines and progress assessments using the pre-populated libraries for Assessments, Workouts and Exercises OR they can create their own routines and assessments and store them in the libraries for re-use. Each library is fully customizable to suit the needs of the Trainer (add, delete, edit etc.). The app also contains video recording and analysis/annotation capability that Trainers can use to show a client exactly how to improve their exercise movement. Client fitness progress reports and exercise / nutrition “homework” can be produced and sent to clients. A physical activity readiness questionnaire (PAR-Q) is available for use within the Client profile. Graphical charting shows client weigh-in history. Full backup and restore capabilities to/from the destination of your choice are available to safeguard your data. The workbook does NOT require Internet connectivity for use, unless you will be using the online calendar feature or wish to backup/restore from an internet cloud provider.
