Stuck on level 27 are there any cheats??

Update!! I have been stuck on level 27 since my last post...over a year. So, I will have to try another game unless the dev.s add this option...an undo button. Brilliant right? Thanks Absolutist.
Signed back in because I too saw people shuffling. Didn't want to upgrade in case I lost my progress. And I finally did it! I passed level 21!!!!!!😁 . My hints are: start on the sides until your moves affect other areas. Then work from bottom up. Always try to keep connecting spaces clear. Move coloured tiles vs clear if you have the option. Finally, when you get close to the end, slow down. Check the outer legs after every move. And remember you can make a move while tiles are falling. It only took me 3 yrs on my iPad. Now on level 26 but I know level 29 is a killer.
Bottom line - shuffle is for the non-committed!

I played this game years ago on a desktop computer and after each level there would be a connecting to server flashing, I really fail to see why that is still happening all these years later, it makes the game boring, and not worth the effort to play
