Unused free-trial period forfeit upon purchase.

Don’t get the trial
I signed up for the trial and tried to get ahold of them to cancel it as o did not have the money for it yet and they ignored me and now it’s out of my account and something bounced because of it and the website says I have 7 days after the money comes out to cancel and here I am on the fifth day and they are not getting back to me at all

Hello! FIXD is an in app purchase (IAP), meaning Apple handles the trial, cancelation, and payment aspects of the purchase. Apple requires all IAPs go through their system. IAPs can be managed in your apple account settings on your phone. For refunds, please contact Apple support. I hope that clears things up!
