Very Receptive Development Team
Like any program there are bugs and you need to wait till the developers find and fix the issue. Gloop Labs usually takes about a day to respond to issues and then fixes them immediately (I had found that copy and paste numbers lead to an error). Usually takes about 1 week to see the changes in the Apple store. Now it acts exactly as I would expect. Customer service is top knotch, please keep it that way!
