I finally can learn what’s going on in my garden and identify whether it’s a plant or a weed. Cool!

BEWARE! Complete scam of an app intended to take you for a LOT of money

I would rate this app 0 stars if possible.

This app is incredibly expensive ... $12.50 USD per WEEK! At $50/month, it would have to be incredible to justify such an expense....however, I can’t judge whether that would be true or not because you cannot use the app unless you subscribe to it at the above price per week. You take the pic of the plant you want to identify, the app thinks on it and then tells you it has identified the plant, and then BOOM, the subscription window pop-up appears and gives you one choice...subscribe at $12.49/week. You don’t even get the choice of closing the pop-up, so if you don’t want to pay the outrageous price they are asking, you need to hard close the app by going to your home screen and then physically closing the app from your open app list. What’s even more interesting is that the app will “identify” the plant and demand you sign on for the recurring subscription regardless of what you take or upload a photo of. I input a photo of a drawing of an astronaut in a lightbulb...plant identified! A toothbrush...plant identified! The fingernail on my pinkie finger...plant identified! Literally, a pure black screen because I covered the camera lens before taking the pic...plant identified! Now give us $50USD per month for CRAP!

Stay away from this app...it is obviously a scam intended to steal your money. The other reviews of this giving it fantastic accolades and claiming it is worth the money are FALSE!

Ne prenez pas la peine de télécharger!

Impossible d'utiliser l'application sans avoir consenti à payer environ 10$ par semaine suite à un essai gratuit! Il s'agit ici de 520$ par année. Bien entendu il est possible de se désabonner, mais les compagnies/individus qui utilisent ce genre de pratique compte sur le fait que certaines personnes oublieront ou auront de la difficulté à se désabonner. Il existe beaucoup mieux comme application pour les plantes.
