Our Fluid Connect app allows you to record and review your workouts using our Bluetooth® Fluid Rower Consoles. Choose from a range of simple workout styles from just rowing to HIIT and review your session statistics and charts through the Session Log feature.
• Communication via the standard Bluetooth® FTMS protocol
• Rower session recorder that provides a number of workout styles
o Just Row – no limit rowing at your own pace
o Target Distance – aim for your fastest time over a fixed distance
o Target Time – aim for greatest distance over a fixed time
o Work/Rest Intervals – HIIT (Intense short work intervals followed by short rests)

Seems ok

Tried it for the first time today. Had no problems connecting to my rower. I wanted to do a workout by distance. Set 2000 meters and did my workout. Once I was done I had a look in the log. The distance recorded was 1994 meters, the distance set showed as 1000, and with a time that matched to what exactly I’m not sure. It might have been my 2000 meter time, but I was not really focusing on my phone at the finish line … I guess I’ll see how it goes next time.

Another garbage app by First Degree Fitness

I’ve had a rower with the listed computer for just about two years and have never once been able to connect to this company‘s app. It just simply doesn’t work. The rower is an Apollo five pro and the computer is the one listed in there PDF instructions which are virtually unexplainable. Or not comprehendible at best. If you own an Apple Watch or an iPhone this app is not for you. Maybe one day they will get it together and actually care about providing great service to the people who spent thousands of dollars on the rowers.
