Add support for Canada and bigger QR codes

- I had to take four or five different pictures of my water metre until it got confirmation that it was a supported device

- When registering I was not able to enter an address in Canada. I used Washington state instead.

- QR code printed on the labels on my flume devices were too small, and I was never able to scan them
the letters printed were themselves really small and hard to read. Surprisingly the built-in photos app on my iPhone was able to read the QR code ( the flume app couldn’t ) so I could copy pasted into Kot section.

Other than that set up was quite straightforward. I found all the steps really informative, and the device is now set up and functioning properly which I’m very happy about unfortunately the two items above introduced a lot of friction that needs to be resolved, but it shouldn’t be too hard. i’m giving it four stars because there is another review for one star which I think is a little bit harsh. I also want to support the innovative efforts of this company and products, but I think there are quite a few steps that can be improved as part of the set up flow.
