This is a great app and a great way to show off your photos to the world. I have one really good one, but it says it’s too small to post? I would really like to post it

If you turn on Optimize Storage, iCloud Photos automatically manages the size of your library on your device. Your original photos and videos are stored in iCloud and space-saving versions are kept on your device, meaning it's quite possible that the photo you are trying to upload is not an original, hence you should make sure you are uploading original and not a iCloud space-saving version of the photo.

Also, you can use a photo resizing app to change the size of your photo
