FOCUS is a CRM solution from Reynolds and Reynolds. The mobile app for FOCUS was created specifically for salespeople. With dealer-defined, forced-march sales steps built into the tool, it allows salespeople to better manage the sales process as it happens. Bringing mobility to the showroom, FOCUS gives salespeople instant access to the information they need at all points of the sale so customers move through the sales process faster and ultimately have a better experience at your dealership.
With the FOCUS mobile app, your salespeople can:
- Perform follow up activities in a format optimized for mobile phones via My Desk.
- Follow dealer-defined, forced-march sales steps as they move through the Sales Cycle.
- Easily track and see their goals via My Goals.
- Select customized test drive routes based on the vehicle selected.
- Access and change customer profiles as needed.
- Receive reminder alerts for upcoming appointments and tasks.
- Send alerts to management when assistance is needed during a sale.

Clumsy, unintuitive and how do you attach a file?
Clumsy: keeps dragging GPS location on the background and battery, why?
Unintuitive: to get the whole picture of a prospect, client history, etc. is very clumsy and scattered. The desk web application is not great, the app is way worse and limited.
Email: can you continue a draft? No, just read it. How do you attach a file? It only offers picture attachment.
Try Dealer Socket, it’s not perfect but is much better in every sense. Focus only is better if you’re trying to get a scope of what’s coming through service, from sales perspective.
