The new Fonus app provides better quality and excellent service. Also, with the new version of the SIM card, I would be able use the app in every corner of the world!
Ready to Cancel
The app worked reasonably well with some issues that I could live with until the new version was rolled out as a mandatory upgrades a few weeks ago. It have been very disappointing. In particular dealing with customer service is very frustrating if they reply at all. Most of the time the support team does not read you problem and comes back with “off the mark” snide remarks. It literally feels like you are talking to a machine. I’m giving them another week to get it together then Im cancelling and tracking down all the mostly 4/5 reviews I gave them to remove them and update. VERY POOR ROLL OUT OF NEW APP!!!
Fonus is the best Roaming SIM
Look no further, this is the best roaming sim and the complaining app for calling. Sound quality is crisp and clear. Highly recommended!!!
