App glitching!

While I love my hybrid watch, the app had me disappointed over the last one month. It kept sending me notifications to sync my watch but for some reason every time I accessed the app it told me to connect to the internet, which was weird considering it was in fact connected and functional!

I decided to try deleting the app and downloading it again. Thankfully this worked and I finally just got everything working again.

This bug needs to be corrected. I imagine there are loads of other people facing the same issue.

Notably bad redesign. Fire the team, start over.

Used to love this app. New update made it non-functional. They’ve chosen to use key UI real estate to sell you products instead of displaying the information that everyone actually uses the watch for. Other key features don’t work or have been removed. Can no longer change the orientation of the watch, and the feature that intends to allow you to control what notifications come through do not work. In order to get calls to my watch, I also must get all texts to my watch, which is very annoying. Seriously: fire your UX team and start fresh. This is a truly awful update that may be the reason I move to Apple Watch.

Terrible

Absolutely terrible. The watch itself is nice, but functionally awful. The app constantly won’t connect with the watch. Watch also regularly has issues with pedometer, not counting steps, displaying the entire weeks steps vs day etc. Overall very disappointed with fossil product as a whole. This is my second fossil watch that has behaved the same way.
