Good app
Fragrance isn't easy to get in Canada since retail is like 200 for AXE and half the fragrance apps and websites are only for the USA, I ordered Jean Paul Gaultier and it came in perfect condition in 9 days, smelled exactly like how it should’ve
Worst shipping
The worst app to order fragrance. I have never seen such unorganized way of shipping products to the customer.
It’s been a month I haven’t received my order and these people never answer calls and emails.
Bad service
People don’t buy anything from this store because they don’t help you. I ordered a cologne for my husband but accidentally ordered the wrong one and I called a dozen times and no one answered left a dozen voicemails and no response. I paid $500 and they don’t want to even bother to help. This is my first and last time I am ordering from them.
