Description
Freespace Employee app is Workplace Fabric's new offering to reducing workplace anxiety by offering regular communication to employees. The use of Freespace Employee App allows instant and dynamic delivery of workplace and health information at the exact point it needs to be consumed. Combined with live sensor data, the platforms convey which spaces are safe to use, new cleaning processes and policies such as single usage of desks.

Version 2.0.34
• Flexible Release of Assigned Spaces: Users can now help optimize space usage by releasing their assigned desks when not needed, allowing others to use. If plans change and the space remains unoccupied, users can easily restore their reservation.
• Miscellaneous Improvements and Fixes:
1. Fixed an issue that displayed non-circle as members part of user's profile.
2. Resolved a bug to ensure non-default car registrations are retained during booking and editing.
Ratings and Reviews
I need this app for work and yet it doesn’t work at all
I log in through SSO and then can’t reserve any desk, the option is just unavailable. There’s is no help system available. I had to get a colleague to try to book for me, so they added me to their work circle but then I’m unable to approve their request in the app. So I can’t reserve a desk in any office of my employer.
When I log in online I just enter an infinite loop of auto-redirects. And you have to be logged in to speak to customer service so there’s no way to get assistance. Absolutely dreadful. I would tell you to avoid it but chances are you have to use it because of your employer.
Cant change locations once set
It seems ridiculous that once your location is set you’re unable to change to another - the ability to edit is there… but it leads to nothing. Whoever made this app, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
Not user friendly
Trying to book an office with this app is impossible. When I tap the desk I want that is free nothing happens.
