I lost some progress

I lost some progress and I was at lvl 48 and it reset. Can I somehow get my progress back? That’s just a little favor.

Player experience doesn’t matter, only money does.

Emailed support regarding account.
Lost all blades + dojo and stuff.
Never got a reply back in any shape or form.

The old free version now turned into a better version than this paid one too, with more events, more features, etc.
But ofc, the free one is littered with unskipable 30seconds-long video ads every two to three games. Too bad if you paid for a full version, you still get ads.

Used to be awesome game, but now it’s obvious that money is priority and player experience doesn’t matter.

No stars; had to start over twice

Had all the blades and dojo; then they changed the app and had to start over. Got a couple of blades; then they changed the app back to classic; and had to start over again. Worst part; you now have to pay for the newest blades.
