Waited months… deleted instantly
I can only go by the previous review about the subscription fees. I didn’t make it that far. You now need to sign up for an account to even use it at all. Fair play… not interested though.
The 1st app was perfect, then it stopped working properly. I waited months for the new app only to delete it 60 seconds later. Womp womp. Fudget was good while it lasted. Best of luck Danny.

Hi MisGuidedAngel. This article explains why an account is necessary in Fudget 2, why Fudget 1 could not be updated, why it had to be removed from the stores and many other things about Fudget 1 & 2:

Uncomfortable with creating an account
Fudget 1 was the perfect basic budget app that I happily paid for the Pro version. I would have happily paid another $5-10 for an updated version but I won’t be subscribing or creating an account. The privacy policy is awful, the app should never have access to any financial information tied to email or IP address. Ridiculous stuff - pretty disappointed, and will be looking elsewhere.

Hi ComposerReview. I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with Fudget 2. This article answers many questions, including why an account is necessary:

Regarding the "financial information tied to email address" this is only referring to the financial data which you add to the app yourself (in your budgets) and referring to the email address that you use to create (and log in) to your account. No other financial information is accessed or used. Fudget has no connections to bank accounts or similar (it is purely a manual entry app).
