Crashes
I have been using FulGaz for six weeks. I was so thrilled with it during my free trial period that I paid for a full year. Deeply regretting that today.
Today:
1. I kept getting the notice that I was not signed in. I signed in six weeks ago and it has never said that before. Then to get signed in I had to close the App and then start all over again.
2. When I eventually managed to start a ride it crashed after less than one minute. I tried several different rides and the same thing happened on all of them.
3. I tried the "help" which was very unhelpful. It suggested nothing that helped this issue today.
I have given up for today and if the same thing is still happening tomorrow I would like a refund of my subscription.
Compared to Zwift
These rides are filmed movies which you are part of and your movement (speed) adjusts to your effort (output). There are flats, hills and descents... all which look very nice in high resolution. There is a huge number of routes to choose from that vary in length and difficulty. The scenery is, in some cases, spectacular.
What this lacks, compared to Zwift, is interaction with other real cyclists. There doesn’t appear to be group rides, there is no variation or choice at a fork in the road and there is no turning around.
This is well done, but the lack of an interactive experience with fellow live riders, as in Zwift, in a major drawback for me.
